Farmer’s Own Power House

Farmers are most neglected class of the society in India. Farmers are the poorest class of the society in India. Farmers are the most miserable people in India. Farmers are suffering the biggest injustice from the government in India. Even though farmers are in majority in India, they are the worst sufferer. Their whole life goes in to miseries and miseries. Happiness is the dream for them.
What is the reason for this ? How they can become happy ?
I found out the reason. Unless they have their own power, they can never become happy. Until they depend on grid power coming from far away distance, they can never be happy. Farmers have experienced in last 70 years that whatever power is produced in giant power houses, it is snatched away by big industrialists, big factory owners, billionaires, millionaires and urban people.

Happiness is generated  from the power. If you have power, you can run some machines and process your agricultural produce and get extra income. If you have power, you enjoy the life without toiling hard labour. If you have no power, you simply go on putting hard labour and drudgery without any fruitful income.

So it is of utmost importance that farmers must produce their own power. They have agricultural waste, wood etc to burn and produce steam power. Only 2 equipments are required. One is boiler which generates steam by burning wood or waste products. And another is steam engine which consumes steam and revolves and drives any machine such as water pump, flour mill, maize mill, sugarcane crusher, rice huller, oil expeller, thresher, ginning machine, electricity generator or any other machine which will give benefit to farmer.

So to make these 2 equipments i.e. boiler and steam engine is not so much hard and not so much expensive. I have developed highly efficient tiny boiler which can generate steam only in 5 minutes and  can drive 10 hp steam engine which I have already developed.  So this tiny boiler and steam engine both collectively make 10 hp steam power plant which becomes farmer’s own power house. This tiny power house owned by farmers does not cost more than 1.5 lakh Rupees (US $ 2500/-). If mass produced, cost will come down to 1 lakh rupees(US $ 2000/-).
So once farmer has this power plant, he can run the power plant to process his agricultural products in to finished product and earn  good income and then he will be really happy person. He will enjoy real freedom and real happiness. He will be least concerned whether grid power comes or not. He will be least concerned even though electricity rates go up by 100 times. He is fully independent.  He has his own power. Then he will rule the world.  Great revolution will come if millions of farmers have their own power houses i.e. tiny steam power plants. Present day heavily centralized giant economies of the world will crumble down. Dominance of Europe and USA will disappear from the planet and small farmers throughout the world will dominate the world economy.

Sugar V/S Sugarcane Juice

Tiny ants will kill army of elephants non violently!

(1) Sugar is a white poison. It creates and promotes 58 kinds of dangerous diseases. But sugarcane juice is real AMRUT on this earth. Regular drinking of sugarcane juice cures many types of dangerous diseases. On internet, huge benefits of sugarcane juice have been described.

(2) Sugar is produced in highly capital intensive complicated sugar factory costing roughly 600 million rupees. So only billionaires can own it. While sugarcane juice can be produced by any street vendor by using most sophisticated sugarcane juicer costing only Rs.42000/-, working on 1/2 HP motor and producing 300 glass of pure fresh juice per hour.

(3) Sugar industry heavily exploits sugarcane farmers, not paying them enough rates, not paying them money for 2 or 3 years. As against this sugarcane juicers can increase the prosperity of farmers instantly. Farmers can directly sell sugarcane juice and can earn 3 times money.

(4) There are about 600 such sugar factories in India crushing almost 250 million tonnes of sugarcane and producing 25 million tonnes of sugar. They exploit about Rs. 2000 billion. So huge money is drained to billionaires. While 2 million sugarcane juicers can crush 180 million tonnes of sugarcane providing a glass of juice to every person of India for 365 days and it will increase the prosperity of farmers up to 2000 billion rupees.

(5) Sugar factories make the farmers slave while sugarcane juicers make them independent. So farmers can enjoy freedom from sugar factories.

(6) Sugar is responsible for promoting 58 kinds of diseases  while sugarcane juice can remove malnutrition totally, can decrease diseases and expenses of doctors  and  improve the health standard of India to the level of Europe and USA.

(7) Sugar factories promote alcohol factories. So wine, beer industry is promoted which is dangerous for common masses. While sugarcane juicers will provide fresh juice  to entire population and will reduce the sale of coca, pepsi, tea, coffee and such  products detrimental to health.

If we can manage to spread sugarcane juicers everywhere in the world, really sugar factories will be closed down naturally without any effort to fight against it. So sugarcane juicer is very much constructive none violent weapon just like inter continent missile to kill huge sugar factories working all over the world. Tiny ants will kill army of elephants non violently! So really miracle will happen.

So this is most practicable revolution bringing happiness to the humanity, distributing billions of rupees to common people. So this activity is pious activity, humanitarian activity and one of the best service to the humanity.

Sugar V/S Jaggery

Since many years, I believe that our business earning should be moral. It should be beneficial to the society and to the humanity. Our business should not damage and exploit the humanity. It should not disturb the life of common people. It should enrich the life of common people.

It is now established fact that sugar is harmful to health. As wine and whisky are harmful to health and so we should not produce it, similarly we should not produce sugar. It is now accepted fact that it creates diabetes. So any person who has care for morality should not produce sugar. We should not present the excuse that there is a lot of demand for sugar and so we should produce it. Demand will be there in the society for many such evils. Demand is for cigarettes also. But any businessman who cares for morality and well being of society should not produce cigarettes. Any person who believes in vegetarianism should not produce machinery for slaughter house. This is my thinking. So I am against any sugar production.

If we have to produce sugar, one tonne of sugarcane gives 100 kg of sugar. But if we produce jaggery, one tonne of sugarcane gives 140 kg of jaggery. Directly 40% more production. Jaggery is nutritious, balanced food and highly beneficial for human body. It must be promoted. If there is no demand for jaggery, demand should be created. For many dangerous items and evil items, demands are created artificially even though it is detrimental to society simply for sake of money. Similarly demand for sugar has been created. Once we know that sugar is detrimental and jaggery is beneficial, then we should try our best to promote only jaggery.

Moreover, sugar production requires highly complicated machinery. Huge investment in machinery. This is simply done for profit motive to exploit the society to make money, no matter it harms the society. This is evil thinking. Any good businessman should refrain from such evil thinking. As against this, jaggery production requires very small investment and only simple machinery which can be installed in any small farm by farmer himself. So this technology of jaggery is blessing to the society. Every good businessman should try to promote it. I am sure that  with due efforts we should convince the people that jaggery is good thing. Even if you earn less this way, it should be acceptable. We should not damage the society simply for selfish motive of earning money. By producing sugar, you surely damage the society. Certainly, sugar is not innocent product.

So I have stopped to take interest even in sugar cum jaggery plant and I advocate only jaggery plant. It is really beautiful. Please look at the beauty in simplicity. Investment in sugar plant is at least 100 times more than investment in jaggery plant compared on same production capacity. Employment in jaggery plant is at least 50 times more than employment in sugar plant compared on same production capacity. So sugar plant is highly capital intensive, giving very less employment and producing harmful product. As against this, you can see that how much beneficial is jaggery plant. A very little investment, providing a lot of employment, simple technology and giving highly nutritious product. So even after recognizing all these benefits of jaggery, how can we go for sugar plant? My morality forbids me to work for sugar production. I feel that we should discourage sugar consumption at every possible stage. I have vowed not to eat sugar since last 30 years. Still I enjoy many types of sweets prepared in jaggery instead of sugar. India is famous for many types of delicious and attractive sweets made from sugar. But I am sure that all these various sweet items can also be made equally delicious by using jaggery instead of sugar. As I have left sugar for ever, my wife has found out techniques to make various sweets from jaggery. I have found by my experience that some sweets are more delicious in jaggery than in sugar.

It is fascinating to produce sugar. I had a good attachment for it. I worked as a Managing Director of big sugar factory. But as I understood, I withdraw my mind from interesting technology of sugar making and also money making and I discarded everything from my mind. So we have to discard from our mind fascination of something which is not beneficial to the society.

Please read below how sugar is dangerous for health. It has 59 side effects.

Tiny Cement Plant Technology

Cement industry in India is highly centralized capital intensive industry with giant plants with one million tonne per annum capacity of each plant. Such 97 cement plants producing 97 million tonnes of cement are owned by 47 families only. Each such giant plant requires investment of Rs 900 crores of rupees. Entire cement industry is highly exploitative draining the wealth of 5 lakh crores of rupees annually from common masses to handful of super rich families. Government is playing crucial role in exploiting common masses and in protecting and promoting such giant plants by imposing huge taxes up to Rs 150 per bag.

In fact cement is primary need of the people for home building and hence it must be produced by common people everywhere in villages. But there is a general impression that cement cannot be made without giant cement factory. In fact, cement is not mysterious product which can not be produced without giant complicated cement plant. Cement is really simple product which can be made with very simple cheap equipments.
At present lime is produced in every village by very poor people without using any machinery. Cement is just a similar product but slightly a little advanced technology than lime. So it also can be produced with simple technology at every spot of the limestone. Simple cement plant of 1 ton per day will be most practical and most viable unit in rural area for common people producing 20 bags of cement by illiterate people. If you still go further to decentralize it up to 5 bags or 10 bags per day, it is quite possible to introduce solar energy to make cement at Rs 50/- per bag of 50 kg.

Let us understand what is cement. Limestone is main raw material of cement. Limestone has calcium carbonate which decomposes into calcium oxide and carbon dioxide by heating at 900 degree Celsius. Clay is added to calcium oxide. Clay contains silica which reacts with calcium oxide at very high temperature and forms di calcium silicate and tri calcium silicate and also some other compounds. Cement is a mixture of many such compounds. It is known as Portland cement.

For scientific production of Portland cement, first of all limestone is pulverized to a very fine powder. Similarly, clay is to be pulverized to a very fine powder and coal is also pulverized to a very fine powder. All these three ingredients are thoroughly mixed to get perfectly homogeneous mixture. Proportion for 1 ton of cement is approximately 1400 kg limestone, 250 kg clay and 200 kg coal. Precise proportions depend on the chemical analysis of all the three components and percentage of calcium carbonate, silica etc. which should satisfy certain formulas and parameters to get best quality of cement. In technical language of cement manufacturing, you have to control and balance Lime Saturation Factor (LSF), Silica Modulus, Alumina Modulus, Burnability Factor, Liquid content, Free Lime Percentage etc for getting best quality of Portland Cement. For this purpose one has to study basic principles of cement chemistry and cement technology which is not very hard. Those who are interested to study and make cement scientifically of best quality with simple equipments, I have added here some chapters from cement technology book. Please study it thoroughly and you will be master of cement technology.

All the powders of limestone, clay and coal can be thoroughly mixed in a double cone mixture or in inclined cylinder with skewed shaft which is very simple equipment but gives thoroughly homogeneous mixture. Once the mixture is ready, it is to be nodulized into about 1 cm dia balls by adding some water and revolving inclined pan which is a simple equipment called Nodulizer.

Once the nodules are ready it is to be filled up into vertical kiln for firing. Kiln can be continuous or batch type. It is fired on the top and heavy cold air blow is thrown from the bottom to get enough oxygen. At 900 degree C, CO2 is liberated and goes to the air. Exact cement is formed at about 1400 degree C. Immediately after burning process is over, we have to abruptly cool the entire mass of balls of clinker. So cold air is pushed from the bottom. As we have mixed coal thoroughly, every ball formed into nodulizer will have equal quantity of coal. It will be burnt. So clinker will have no coal and it will have mixture of several compounds out of which main is tri calicium silicate and dicalcium silicate.

After clinker is cooled, it is again pulverized into the pulverizer. While doing this process, about 3% pulverized gypsum is added to retard earlier setting of mortar.

This is now best quality usable cement. The sample of cement is sent to laboratory to examine its compressive strength, to examine expansion property, its fineness, to analyze magnesia content, total sulphur content, total loss on ignition, free lime content etc.

Only 4 small simple equipments are required to produce best quality Portland Cement:

  1. Pulverizer- Readily available in the market or it can be fabricated very cheaply in ordinary workshop.
  2. Double Cone Mixer OR skewed shaft horizontal cylinder- This can be fabricated by a village blacksmith very easily.
  3. Nodulizer- Which is simple revolving inclined pan and can be fabricated by village blacksmith.
  4. Cement Burning Kiln- Somebody should design it properly with proper dimensions. Then it can be fabricated by village fabricator.

But eventhough it is quite possible to produce best quality cement with simple and cheap equipments, I do not advocate to manufacture Portland Cement scientifically as described above. The reason is that it is possible to manufacture still simpler cement which is called Natural Cement from low grade lime stone having higher silica content without the need the knowledge of cement technology as described above. So all ordinary people manufacturing lime can easily make natural cement without caring various contents of calcium oxide, silica content, alumina content or any other parameter. Low grade lime stone which is rejected by cement manufacturers is the best naturally balanced raw material for natural cement. Another important reason is that rural people require 80 to 90 % cement for construction of walls and plastering it and for this purpose natural cement is more appropriate than Portland cement. Third important reason is that it will not require any big investment, no any special knowlege is required, no special raw material is required and so it will be the cheapest cement and automatically more scientific for construction purpose. So I do not emphasize to produce quality cement as described above. So whoever wants cement for construction purpose, that is for masonry work and plaster work etc , then best and simplest way is to pulverize and burn inferior quality of lime stone which will not require to add clay; because silica is already more in inferior quality of lime stone. This cement natural cement is best for construction work , for masonry and plastering. Such a cement may cost hardly 30 to 40 rupees per bag of 50 kg. Inferior quality cement gets maximum compressive strength after a few more days say 15 days to 30 days instead of 7 days. This is the only difference in the quality. Prudent rural people will tolerate this variation and while making the roof slabs bottom support will not be removed until one month. But anyhow cement industry must be decentralized to one million plants of 1 ton capacity or less. I have no accurate idea of investment in equipments, but surely it should not be beyond one lakh rupees for 1 tonne cement plant producing natural cement.

Limestone burning is exothermic process generating lot of heat. Somehow this generated heat should be utilized for running the cement plant and outside power should not be required. If decentralized cement technology is fully disseminated to every village, cement cost will be reduced to 25% of the present price and huge exploitation of 5 trillion rupees (5 lakh crores) will be saved by the people. It means that wealth of the common people will be increased by 500000 crores annually.

But still bigger benefit of decentralized cement industry will be eye opening to everybody. The present cement production is utilized for constructing big dams, big factories, big cities, big infrastructure, big highways etc. All this leads to slavery of common masses and ultimately it leads to the death of population. So that is technology for death or mass murder. Decentralized cement production will be utilized in villages to construct poor peoples home, for check dams, for wells, for cattle sheds, for small godowns for storing grains etc. All this leads to real prosperity and real Swaraj of the people. So this si technology for life.

Now let us understand how solar energy can be utilized for cement making. All the equipments involved in cement making can be driven by solar energy. Those farmers who install 10 kw solar power plant in their farms for water pumping and when no irrigation required, surplus solar power can be utilized for running cement manufacturing equipments. My large solar basket can be utilized to burn cement at focal point where there will be very high temperature. But heat generated in decomposition of lime stone must be fully utilized for cement burning process.

I invite the interested entrepreneurs to take up this activity of manufacturing tiny cement plants on mass scale level as a mission of decentralization or even for earning money. So this activity will entirely change India from poverty to prosperity in one decade only. This is real swadeshi of Mahatma Gandhi. If I get thousands of engineers fully dedicated to this cause, real miracle will happen and heaven will descent on the earth.

Similar to India there is a huge scope of this activity to spread throughout the world.

Why Not Steam Powered Jaggery Plant?

You have taken interest in jaggery plant, particularly steam powered jaggery plant so that sugarcane crusher will be driven by steam engine and you will not require any diesel engine or electric motor. Evidently this scheme is highly beneficial to jaggery plant owners, because very expensive diesel consumption worth thousands of dollars will be saved. Total benefit of 10 years will go to very high savings. Against this benefit, you have to purchase one steam engine of 20 HP from me one waste heat boiler.

So far hundreds of farmers and entrepreneurs have approached to me for steam powered jaggery plant and some of them have visited me personally also. And I have explained my scheme of minimum investment and getting huge benefit from it.

My mission is to make farmers independent from external power, to make steam powered jaggery plant highly profitable so that big sugar factories can not compete to jaggery producers and spread health promoting jaggery throughout the world instead of harmful sugar. There are 30000 jaggery plants working in India. My scheme and aim is to make all jaggery plants power independent with free steam power from waste heat of the chimney and save millions of dollars being spent on diesel. That way, import of diesel also can be reduced to some extent. So benefit to government also. In every way my scheme is highly attractive.

But somehow people have not come forward to implement my scheme. Most of the farmers argue that " Show me the running plant" I am living in the crowded city. We have no sugarcane or jaggery plants in our area. Sugarcane is not grown here due to lack of water. So how can I show running jaggery plant by steam? I manufactured one sample boiler and kept ready for farmers to understand it What more I can do for them? Is it not a duty of jaggery producers to make an experiment wherein there is no any risk of failure? I acted with a pure heart with very good intension to become helpful to our farmers community to encourage them, to promote them and to make them prosperous, but somehow farmers fail to appreciate my whole hearted cooperation.

However, one farmer in Belgaum district in Karnataka, Shri Ramchandran (mobile no. 00919448829269) properly appreciated my activity, purchased one 20 HP steam engine, understood from me how to manufacture boiler and how to test it and they successfully manufactured water tube boiler and tested it at 600 psi and is now running the steam engine for pumping water from river in a huge quantity in 6 inch pipe line which they take away to 3000ft away. He also tested steam engine for sugarcane crushing. The boiler they manufactured is wood fired boiler. Waste heat boiler is far simpler and far cheaper boiler. Still this activity is not going ahead. So I have to sell my steam engines and boilers in foreign countries to run my factory. In fact my keen desire is to become helpful to farmers so that they can become independent of grid power or diesel and they become prosperous.
Please let me know what is your thinking in this matter? Are you running jaggery plant? Are you using diesel?
What is the reason that my appeal did not reach to your heart? I am 72 years young engineer aspiring to uplift farmers and so I am working very hard to develop various technology for jaggery making, for tiny oil mills, for tiny cotton spinning units, for tiny thermal power plants, tiny solar power plants, solar cookers and so on.
Even if you think purely for selfish motive, then also my proposal of steam powered jaggery plants is highly attractive for you. Can you tell me why it is not attractive to you?
I am eager to get your reply.

Jaggery Plant- Boiling Pan Systems

There are two types of systems of open pan boiling process in India. North India and Gujarat (Here), multi pan boiling system is used. In Maharashtra and south India, single pan boiling system is used.

In multi span system, generally there are 4 pans, 1.8 mt dia and thickness of spherical bottom plate is 30mm, 25mm, 20mm and 16mmor 12 mm. So very thick plates are used. Plus such heavy plates are shaped spherical little bit, not flat bottom. Fresh juice is poured in the first pan of minimum thickness, say 16mm, then after boiling considerably, juice is transferred in second pan of 20mm thick bottom, then from there, concentrated juice is transferred in third pan of 25mm thick bottom and lastly it is transferred in to last pan of 30mm thick bottom where final jaggery is vigorously heated and then transferred to cooling pan. All 4 pans are arranged in line and underneath furnace gives heat of bagasse firing maximum to 4th pan, then flue gases travel under 3rd pan, then under second pan and then under first pan and then goes to chimney.

In a single pan system, one there is only one boiling pan of at least 3 mt dia with flat bottom of hardly 3 mm thick. After preparing jaggery , it is transferred to cooling pan and new juice is taken in the same pan. it takes about 2 hours to prepare jaggery in this batch type process.

There is a lot of confusion about which system is better, single pan or multi pan. Both systems have their strong advocates. But I have come to conclusion that single pan is far cheaper, simpler and jaggery quality is same in both systems. So to employ multi pan is sheer wastage of money.

So I have offered you single pan system.
for producing free energy from the waste heat going to chimney, i have thought out 2 different boiler designs. One is to put water tube mono tube coil boiler in the chimney which must give you steam to drive steam engine to run sugarcane crusher. In this system, continuous supply of dry steam may become problem. expert and experienced boiler engineer having good experience in mono tube boiler is required. There is no storage of steam and no storage of water. Fresh water is continuously supplied which must deliver continuous supply of steam. This is too difficult. So 2 separate drums of water and steam must be connected before and after coil ends. Then also, it will be difficult to maintain balance.

Another system is to install a Babcock & Wilcox type boiler of bundle of inclined straight tubes all parallel and connect them by headers in underground trench of flue gases from furnace to chimney. This boiler is somewhat similar to Babcock & Wilcox boilers widely used in power houses. The main header of steam drum will remain above the ground level and two pipes will connect the boiler remaining under ground in the trench. This boiler will be easier to operate by common people. So I have offered it to you. However if you are interested in chimney coil mono tube boiler, i can supply the coil also.

How To Make Best Quality Jaggery

  1. To make best quality jaggery (GUR), soil condition should have 7 PH. If PH is less, soil can be reclaimed and improved by adding gypsum in the soil.  Soil should be a little granular so that water may be drained to avoid water logging.  It should not be salty and sour.
  2. Soft and straight sugarcane having less fiber content gives better quality jaggery. Fast maturing sugarcane gives better quality jaggery. Big sugar factories invariably have laboratory which can measure all the ingredients. So laboratory chemist should be contacted to get better knowledge and information. Difference in recovery in freshly harvested and crushed sugarcane and after one day crushing can be measured in laboratory.
  3. After harvesting the sugarcane, it should be protected from sunshine. Harvested sugarcane remaining under sunshine gives less recovery of juice. So freshly harvested sugarcane must be crushed at the earliest possible. If you crush after 24 hours or 48 hours, recovery will be less and quality of jaggery will deteriorate. To protect from sunshine, harvested sugarcane should be under the temporary shed or it should be covered by tarpaulin. If severe sunshine is there, water should be sprinkled on the sugarcane heap.
  4. Quality of the jaggery mainly depends on juice clarification. If juice is  properly clarified quality of the jaggery will be light color , granular, hard and more nutritious. It  can not absorb moisture. So in the summer, such a jaggery will not become soft, pasty and liquid.
  5. All types of jaggery chemicals available in the market make the jaggery attractive for a short time. But the process of spoiling the quality will be accelerated. So on the whole, it is harmful for farmers and also harmful to health. Those who want to store jaggery  for 2 -3 months, the jaggery with chemicals will deteriorate in quality and hence with fetch less price to farmers. So avoid chemicals.   Using lime is not harmful.  So it can be used in proper quantity. If you use less lime so that PH remains less than 7, then jaggery becomes soft and sometime pasty. And if you use more lime so that PH is more than 7, jaggery becomes too hard and black. So every farmer must learn how to measure PH. It is not expensive at all. If PH is maintained at 7 correctly, jaggery will not melt in summer to make its black slurry.
  6. Government of India has established Jaggery Research Institute in Kolhapur. Their research says that if jaggery is boiled up to 118 degree C, jaggery becomes of best quality granular and crystalline. Generally farmers boil the jaggery up to 108 degree C. Then they cool it in cooling pan. This is wrong. It should be boiled up to 118 Degree C so that moisture content will be reduced after cooling the jaggery. To measure the temperature of 118 degree C., electronic digital temperature indicator is available in the market which may cost about Rs.500/-. It works on a small battery. It displays figures of temperature directly.
  7. To make the granular powder of the jaggery, it should be boiled up to 118 degree C. and then it should be cooled very fast by industrial fans. You can also use  cooling pan of iron sheet jacketed at the bottom and pass cool water underneath. So jaggery will be cooled very fast. You can use both the system at a time. Granular jaggery can be used everywhere, where sugar is used. So it is a better  alternative of sugar. So it fetches very high price. So every clever farmer should learn how to make granular jaggery. For uniform size of granules, it should be sieved. You can see many youtube videos on internet  for production of granular jaggery.  Please note that as poisonous  sulpher is used in sugar making, millions of people are searching for alternative of  sugar. So granular jaggery powder is the real alternative of sugar.
  8. There is wide spread experience that jaggery stored in monsoon time becomes slack and black liquid starts flowing from it. To avoid this, moisture content in jaggery must be less than 6 %. The building in which jaggery is stored should get dry air. If it does not get air, jaggery spoils. Moisture content measuring instruments are also available in the market. When jaggery is boiled and cooled, moisture content is 10 to 12%. In a few days jaggery is further dried by atmosphere and moisture content should be reduced by 6 %. It means that weight of the jaggery should be reduced proportionately by 6 %.
  9. If you want to pack the jaggery in a metal or plastic container, then it is essential that before packing moisture content must be less than 6%. Otherwise it will be spoiled. The best packing is not to have any packing and solid shape round cone or rectangular shape will be better because it will get air from all around to reduce the moisture content. If packed in a container, it will not get air and it may spoil. If packing is porous with many holes all around to get air, it will be ideal.
  10. If jaggery is stored in a warehouse, it should be ensured that it may not attract moisture from floor or from walls.

Steam Powered Sugarcane Crushers For Jaggery

Steam power plant is blessing to sugarcane farmers where electricity is not available and diesel is costly. If you purchase our steam engine and boiler, no diesel engine or no electric motor is required for jaggery - gur - pamela - making. So daily you save expense of 30 to 40 lit of diesel which is your additional profit. Please read below:

  1. These steam power plants will not require any fuel in the boiler if you install the boiler immediately after juice boiling pans just on the trench of the furnace where Chimney of furnace is situate. So remove constructed chimney and install boiler on the same place. Boiler will have its own long chimney. So whatever flue gases pass through chimney, will pass through boiler and boiler chimney. In open pan boiling process, a lot of heat is carried away by flue gases in to atmosphere. This heat in flue gases must be utilized to make steam for steam engine. So it will give you steam power free of cost. However if flue gases are found to be insufficient, there is arrangement of fire grate in the boiler on which you can burn bagasse as supplementary fuel. But heat in flue gases will be fully utilized.
  2. Sugarcane crusher driven by steam engine has better crushing capacity than sugarcane crusher driven by equal hp  diesel engine or electric motor. This is so because steam engine has higher torque than diesel engine or electric motor. So you can crush more sugarcane.
  3. H P of steam engine can be increased simply by increasing pressure in the boiler. 8 HP steam engine can work as 10 HP engine if boiler pressure is increased from 150 psi to 175 psi. Similarly 18 HP steam engine can work as 20 HP steam engine at boiler pressure of 165 psi. So if you want more power, you can simply increase boiler pressure by burning more fuel.
  4. No electric power or diesel engine is required for jaggery production unit.  So you save all the expenses of electricity and diesel. You have your own power free of cost. There is a sense of wisdom in creating your own free power. It gives you independence, self reliance, autonomy in your work and freedom from outside economic forces including government restrictions. So better you become completely independent.

Letter To Jaggery Producers

Dear Jaggery producers,

Jaggery production is the sacred activity. Every person eating jaggery gets satisfaction . Jaggery is very much nutritious for human body. Gandhiji has asserted that every person should get 30 to 40 grams of jaggery. So jaggery is primary requirement of every person. To satisfy this primary requirement of the society is really pious activity. It is your good luck that you are involved in this pious activity.

One can earn PUNYA by doing any activity beneficial to society with high sense of service and with dedication. And one can earn PAAP by doing any activity deliberately knowing that it is detrimental to the society. One has to suffer such PAAP for many births.

I have come to know that some jaggery producers produce deliberately poor quality jaggery to sell it wine producers. Wine is highly harmful product. One who drinks wine, looses his senses and beats his own wife. Drunkard person waste his own income in wine and his wife and children suffer starvation. So in every way wine production is production of PAAP. It can be easily understood that PAAP generated by beating of goddess like women because of wine only is passed on to the wine producers and jaggery suppliers to wine producers. So think in the bottom of your heart, how much big bundles of PAAP jaggery producers are earning, if they sell their jaggery to the wine producers for the shake of only money. Besides you have a bright opportunity to earn PUNYA by producing good quality jaggery for human consumption. But by loosing that opportunity and by making poor quality jaggery for wine you will earn PAAP. SO how much is this foolishness.Every person should fear god and should avoid to commit sin, no matter earning is less. But morality, honesty, good conduct, can not me thrown. and sin earning activity should not be undertaken. So producers of bidi, cigarette, tambaku earn sin by their activity. Tobacco producer farmers surly fall in to sin. Every farmer who knows that vegetables grown with pesticides causes cancer and still he produces such vegetables and sells in the market is surly commits offense of god. Person who knows that to extract more milk from buffalo by injection and using this milk invites diseases and still he uses injection to milk buffalo definitely commit sin.

Similarly jaggery producing farmer knows that his jaggery is to be utilized for wine making and still he helps to wine producers by selling his poor quality jaggery definitely commit sin.So if you fear god, if you want to save yourself from sin, then do not produce poor quality jaggery for wine. Instead you make best quality jaggery for human consumption. Now a days most of the jaggery producers use sodium hydro sulfide( which is poisonous chemical)and is used just to make the jaggery attractive yellow. But in doing so you commit sin. Now people understand that jaggery made with this chemical is very bad. And even if jaggery without chemical is better, no matter it may blackish. Now all common people understand this. So you must stop to make the jaggery poisonous by using chemicals. Our all deed should be PUNYA KARYA , our agriculture, our profession, our business etc must be full of morality, ethics, spirituality, feeling of people welfare, good conduct. If we act this way then our country can be considered as PUNYA BHUMI. Our womens are real goddess. If man also make their activity sacred then they become tantamount to god and entire our country will be DEVBHOOMI. and India will become a paradise on these earth.

Revolution Through Fresh Sugar Cane Juice Centers

Now more sophisticated totally enclosed and hygienic stainless steel 3 roller crushers working on 1/2 hp electric motor have come in to market in which no fly or bee can touch to juice. So fully protected. These crushers are highly efficient not to require second crushing. Only one pass is enough to extract 63 to 65% juice recovery. Crushing capacity is 120 kg of sugarcane per hour i.e. per hour 300 glasses of juice 250 ml each.

See you tube video link.: https://youtu.be/9CYA8HsM_Mg

This new sugarcane crusher will bring revolution in sugarcane industry. At present India produces 35 crore tonnes of sugarcane out of which 25 crore tonnes is utilized for sugar making and rest of the 10 crore tonnes is used for jaggery making. So there is no any appreciable roll of fresh sugarcane juice vending business. This business should increase tremendously.

Sugarcane juice is the real AMRUT of this land. It has many good qualities. If sugarcane juice is taken regularly, malnutrition will be removed and people will be very healthy. Gandhiji wanted to see redness of rose on the children's chicks of the poor people. Gandhiji's dream can be realized if entire India drinks a glass of sugarcane juice, 250 ml in the morning and also in the evening.

But most unluckily we are producing poison from the sugarcane. We are depriving this AMRUT from the people. We must reverse this situation.

So let us understand economics of sugarcane.

One acre of land will give 40 tonnes of sugarcane for a good crop. 40 tonnes of sugarcane will give 25 tonnes of sugarcane juice i.e. 25000 kg = 1 lakh juice glasses of 250 ml.

So we can understand that from 1 acre sugarcane 1 lakh glasses juice is produced.

If we sell juice glass at Rs. 5/- then total income will be 5 lakh rupees. If 60% of this income goes to farmers, then income per acre is 3 lakh rupees. which is from 40 tonnes of sugarcane. So rate per tonne is Rs 7500/-. This is very good rate for farmers.

Then transport of sugarcane to cities and running sugarcane juice centers and profit of sugarcane juice centers will be from rest 40% cost. Everybody will make very good profit even by selling juice at Rs. 5/- per glass.
Now let us understand the economics of sugarcane juice centers.

Let us presume that during the day machine crushes 1000 kg of sugarcane giving 2500 glasses of juice.
Generally each glass of juice is sold at Rs. 10 per glass. But we must provide at Rs 5 only.
Then 2500 glasses x Rs. 5/- per glass = Rs.12500/-.
1000 kg of sugarcane will cost Rs.7500/-.
If sugarcane is brought from far away villages, transport cost, labour and all other expenses will be Rs 2500/- per tonne. So juice centre will earn Rs 2500 per day.
So net profit per day will be Rs. 2500 and monthly profit will be Rs 75000/-.
So everybody will be very happy, farmers will be very happy and people enjoying the juice will be very happy. Everywhere win win situation.

So naturally as this business is highly profitable, hundreds and thousands of such fresh juice centers will come up at every possible place.
Such machines must work in Lakh of numbers and fresh sugarcane juice must be made available at every street and corner of cities and towns and villages, at hospitals, at market yards, colleges, at cinema theatres, at gardens, at marriage place, at temples, at malls, at railway stations, at bus stations and also on highways. If there is no electricity, this juicer machine will work on 2 solar panels of 250 W each. So it can work anywhere.
As per my estimate, 20 Lakh such modern sugarcane juice centres can work throughout India.
For every 2500 population, one sugarcane juicer should be installed.
Each centre may crush 100 tonnes of sugarcane per season.
20 lakh such juice centres will totally crush 200 million tonnes.
This is more than 50% utilization of sugarcane for fresh juice out of total sugarcane production of 350 million tonnes.
This is best utilization of sugarcane. It will also yield Bagasse which is cattle feed.

1 tonne of sugarcane will give 350 kg of bagasse. Each cow can eat 10 kg of bagasse as cattle feed by mixing something palatable to cows such as a little salt or jaggery or molasses etc.
So each juice center will serve to 35 cows to provide cattle feed to cows.

This should be free service to cows.

Rest of the 150 million tonnes of sugarcane must be utilized for sugar making and jaggery making in equal proportion in farms. So roughly 7.5 million tonnes of sugar will be produced and 10 million tonnes of jaggery will be produced

Almost 75% sugar factories will permanently close down because of non availability of sugarcane. It should be noted that sugar is creating 58 types of diseases. So better its consumption is drastically reduce.

When we utilize 50% sugarcane crop just for fresh juice and rest of the 50% for jaggery and sugar, it will be automatic people’s ban on sugar factories.
When we increase consumption of fresh sugarcane juice, naturally consumption of coca cola, pepsi etc will drastically reduce. Similarly increased consumption of fresh sugarcane juice will also reduce the sale of beer, wine, whisky etc considerably.

This will be unimaginable revolution and benefit to rural economy.

So this activity will also improve health standard of the country to very high level.
So 20 lakh fresh sugarcane juice centers will be real blessing to india.
